This project involved the complete removal of two existing balconies and rebuilding them using new wood framing. The original structures were outdated and required replacement to improve safety, functionality, and overall appearance.
We constructed one standard balcony and one Juliette balcony, both built with new structural wood and finished with clean, precise detailing. The work included proper framing, reinforcement, and installation to ensure long-term durability and stability.
The final result is a clean, updated exterior with strong, well-built balconies designed to enhance both the look and structural integrity of the home.
